1. Clinical: Exposure to wide spectrum of patients (n ≈ 400) with inborn errors of immunity (IEI) (SCID / XLA / CVID / WAS / CGD / LAD / CID / hereditary angioedema / Immune regulatory disorders / autoinflammatory disorders); inpatient, outpatient, BMT, and daycare facilities available for patients with IEI.
2. Laboratory: Exposure to flow cytometry, ELISA, nephelometry, indirect immunofluorescence, nitroblue tetrazolium test, Next-Generation Sequencing, cell culture facilities, Sanger sequencing
